Fees

The Photo Session
The Photo Session Fee is $75 per hour (prorated for fractions of an hour). Sessions usually last about an hour. The first portrait you choose for final printing is FREE. The minimum session fee is $50.00. Payment of the Photo Session Fee is due at the time of the session.

Final Portraits
The first image you choose to be printed as a final portrait is covered by the Photo Session Fee (above). Additional portraits of different images are $40.00 each for sizes up to 8 x 10 inches. Sizes 11 x 14 up to 13 x 19 inches are $50.00. These fees include all artistic work, touch-ups, enlarging and special requests. All final prints are made with archival pigment-based inks on archival papers with nonfade lives three to four times longer than prints from most commercial photo processors and studios. Matting and framing are not included.

Choice of papers. You may choose the following portrait quality papers for each print according to your preference.

1. Premium Matte 2. Velvet textured fine art 3. Watercolor fine art and 4. Premium Glossy

Reprints
Reprints of images that have been made into final portrait print are $15.00 per reprint.

Wallet-size Reprints
Wallet-size reprints are $2.00 each.

Proofs
A deposit of $4 is required for each proof taken for preview. The total deposit amount is then applied toward the total cost of final prints. All proofs are the property of the photographer.

Restorations
Restorations made from scans of old photographs, film negatives and art work are priced as follows:

Digital Album Pages

$10.00 per page up to 8.2 x 10.4 inches. $20.00 per page for prints larger than 8.5 x 11 inches. Cost includes design, layout, artistic touch-ups and printing

Travel Expenses
A $20 travel fee applies toward photo sessions occurring outside the St. Cloud metro area (The metro area includes St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joseph, Cold Spring, Waite Park and Foley.)

Guarantee
In the unlikely event that no photos are chosen for final portraits, you will be reimbursed for all fees paid previously in the process. An alternative option is that we redo the photo session at no additional cost until acceptable results are achieved.

Terms of Payment

Session Fee
This fee is paid at the time of the photo session.

Final Portraits and Reprints
These fees are paid at the time the prints are picked up or delivered to you.

I am not able to accept credit cards at this time, only checks or cash.
